Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter.

Thompson-Boling Arena Entry

Gate C to Thompson-Boling Arena will open 1 hour prior to game time. Please note that this is the only gate open for Tennessee Volleyball ticket holders. Fans will be required to enter and exit at Gate C which is located at the northwest corner of the arena.

If tickets remain available, ticket sales at the Gate B ticket window will begin one (1) hour prior to start.   Will call is also located at Gate B.

The University of Tennessee has a CLEAR BAG POLICY for all athletics events and walk-through metal detectors are now in place and operational at all arena entrances. Fans only need to place their cell phone in a bin to pass through.

Single Game Tickets

ALL SEATS FOR 2021 SPRING SEASON ARE RESERVED.   Tickets can be purchased here.

UT Faculty and Staff

Full-time faculty and staff can receive one (1) complimentary reserved ticket,  BASED ON AVAILABILITY,  for Spring 2021 volleyball games by presenting their valid UT staff I.D. at the Gate B ticket window, on gameday.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair and Easy Access Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized mobility scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit. To obtain accessible seating, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at your earliest convenience at (856) 656-1200 during office hours.

Electronic Ticket Scanning

All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets received via mobile delivery will have a QR code that will be scanned on your mobile device at entry.  Be sure to download your mobile delivery tickets prior to arrival at the arena.  Once your tickets are received via mobile delivery or printed by the ticket office, you can add them to your Apple Wallet.    Watch a video or review our Mobile Delivery FAQ for more information.

Tickets will be scanned each time you enter the arena. Once a ticket has been scanned at entry, it cannot be reused. Customers are not allowed to leave the arena and reenter with a previously scanned ticket.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office. A replacement fee may be charged for each replacement ticket.

Updating Ticket Account Information

Changes to ticket account mailing and/or billing addresses, email address and telephone numbers can be made by logging into your online ticket account or by emailing or sending, in writing, to the Athletic Ticket Office. Written requests should include the customer name on the ticket account, the customer number, and any information that needs to be updated on the ticket account. Only the customer account holder can make changes.
