FOOTBALL TICKET INFORMATION
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter Neyland Stadium.
Premium Seating Options
Tennessee Terrace, East Club, West Club and Neyland Skyboxes are available through the Tennessee Fund. Included in the price of premium seats are tickets as well as parking passes. Single Game Tickets
Single game tickets will go on sale in July, 2020
Wheelchair and Easy Access Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized mobility scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit. To obtain accessible seating, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at your earliest convenience at (856) 656-1200 during office hours.
Electronic Ticket Scanning
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets received via mobile delivery will have a QR code that will be scanned on your mobile device at entry. Be sure to download your mobile delivery tickets prior to arrival at the stadium. Once your football tickets for home games are received via mobile delivery or printed by the ticket office, you can add them to your Apple Wallet.

Tickets will be scanned each time you enter the stadium. Once a ticket has been scanned at entry, it cannot be reused. Customers are not allowed to leave the stadium and reenter with a previously scanned ticket. Customers assume all risks for tickets purchased through a source other than the University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office or trusted partner Vivid Seats , the Exclusive Resale Ticket Marketplace of the Vols.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office via the online reprint request form or by telephone at 865-656-1200 during regular office hours. A replacement fee may be charged for each replacement ticket.
Updating Ticket Account Information
Changes to ticket account mailing and/or billing addresses, email address and telephone numbers can be made by logging into your online ticket account or by emailing or sending, in writing, to the Athletic Ticket Office. Written requests should include the customer name on the ticket account, the customer number, and any information that needs to be updated on the ticket account. Only the customer account holder can make changes.
